Responsibilities would include:
Organizing new projects as they come in via excel spreadsheet.
Attend weekly “work in progress” meetings and provide written / verbal status.
Assist sales person and creative designers in obtaining needed information from client.
Liaison with client for information, updates, changes and execution of project.
Liaison with developer to facilitate changes and project scope (mainly via email, written correspondence and conference calls).
Responsible to maintain project timeline and budget.
Responsible to notify sales person of project “overs” (if client changes items that are “out of scope” these are billable items and need to be communicated to sales person and client as they occur).
Responsible for all areas of launch (domain name transfers, hosting set up with programmer, coordination of file uploads, review of sites in development, proofing of live sites, review of reports, creation of some excel reports)
REQUIRED SKILL SET
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Knowledge of website development or administration of website (such as Word Press)
Knowledge of some HTML code
Knowledge of Photoshop (ability to download, crop, cut, resize images)
Facebook / Twitter knowledge (set up of fan pages and FB ads a plus)
Any Database (SQL server or MySQL) knowledge is a plus but not required
CMS knowledge a plus but not required
Ecommerce knowledge a plus but not required
Must be able to:

Position is contract, may become full-time within a year.
